We specialize in the manufacturing of par-baked, convenience braai breads with fillings, called Roasties.  

How should it be done?

All of our Roasties have a 21 day shelf-life and must be kept refrigerated. Once the product is removed from the outer packaging, it can be place inside a pre-heated oven at 180deg C. and baked for about 10 minutes, until the filling has completely melted and the bread turns a golden brown or ideally it is placed over moderate heat coals/gas fire and slowly roasted until filling melts and the bread is golden brown on the outside.

Children should always be supervised when eating as choking is always a hazard.  Some of our fillings contain chilli and or Jalapeno and should not be given to children without caution.
